Frog describe a process
Title: The Amazing Frog
Author: Mason birch
Frogs are an amazing species. They are just like the axolotls but cooler but not cuter.
Stage 1 is the embryo.
Frogs start as an embryo that has just been laid in the water by a female frog; they are translucent which means you can see right through them to the actual baby frog. The embryo is wobbly like jelly. The embryo’s diet consists of yolk. They’re natural habitat is fresh water.
Stage 2 is the tadpole.
After a few weeks they grow into tadpoles. First they grow a tail and have external gills they use the tail to swim around. After 6-9 weeks they grow back limbs and after they have front limbs inside of the front of their bodys that are waiting to break free. They’re diet is plants that are soft and easy to digest. They’re habitat is fresh water
Stage 3 is the froglet.
They get their front feet out, their feet become webbed, they absorb their tail because it’s a good food source, they turn into metamorphosis, they also lose their external gills and eat insects. Their habitat is land.
Stage 4 is the frog.
They now use their lungs then they find a female and mate then the process repeats. their diet is insects, their habitat is land
Conclusion.
I learnt a lot of stuff about the frog but this will surprise you. It didn’t take long at all so all of the people that say “it will take too long” are wrong. It was really fun and interesting to learn about.
